- Review and approve accounting entries according to schedule and client procedures.
- Initiate non-standard accounting entries based on event triggers and company policies.
- Monitor fixed asset related transactions and budgets.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor sub-bank account balances.
- Collaborate with finance controllers or process owners for period end close activities.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in intercompany netting, period end reporting and reconciliation of medium/high risk accounts.
- Prepare and execute period end close activities according to agreed timelines and procedures.
- Monitor progress and interact with finance controllers or process owners.
- Prepare period end reporting packs and review trial balances with clients.
- Reconcile medium/high risk balance sheet accounts and review low/medium risk reconciliations.
