Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms, GenAI, and RAG-based solutions. They will conduct research, test and fine-tune models, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks: A solid foundation in these areas is essential for success in this role.
  • Computer Science and Algorithms: A strong background in Computer Science and Algorithms is necessary for designing and developing machine learning algorithms.
  • Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG Systems: Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with AI/ML Frameworks and Tools: Proficiency with popular AI/ML frameworks and tools is necessary for success in this role.

 


Preferred Skills
  • Vector Databases: Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus is highly desirable.
  • Prompt Engineering and Fine-Tuning LLMs: Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs is highly desirable.
  • Cloud Platforms and Containerization: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
  • Software Engineering Practices: Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API development are necessary for success in this role.
Additional Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field is required.

Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
