Secure Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Secure Network Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures, managing firewalls, configuring load balancers, and deploying Web Application Firewalls (WAF).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing, configuring, and monitoring Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer)
  • Implementing and managing Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) and security rules for application protection
  • Configuring and maintaining load balancers (Fortinet, F5, or other) to ensure optimal application performance and availability
  • Architecting and implementing secure network designs aligned with best practices and business requirements
  • Conducting firewall rule reviews, change management, and network segmentation initiatives
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network security issues and performing root cause analysis

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, and high initiative. They will also be passionate about cyber-security and eager to continuously learn and develop.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

  • Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, BGP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IPS/IDS, NAT, firewall policies, SSL VPN, and routing
  • Familiarity with SIEM integration and log forwarding from network devices
