Job Description:

As a Program Management professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills, performance, and professional development of associates. You will conduct workshops and classroom training sessions as per their training needs. This role holder collaborates with leadership to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires you to work autonomously and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including business teams to deliver on the upskilling goals of the organization.

About the Team:

This team provides an opportunity for Indian brands, manufacturers, MSMEs, and other potential sellers to sell their products across global online marketplaces helping them expand their business internationally as cross-border sellers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
  2. Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs and materials for associates at all levels.
  3. Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  5. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  6. Track training participation and maintain accurate records.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master's degree or Post Graduate Degree in a relevant field.

5+ years of experience in training, learning, and development or a related field.

Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.

Understanding of e-commerce and cross-border trade space.

Certification in training or development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP).

Experience in retail or large-scale operations.

Ability to analyze data and report on training effectiveness.
