**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled candidate to fill the position of Senior Procurement Manager. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This position requires strong leadership abilities and in-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement in the Real Estate industry.

**Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the entire procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise and train the procurement team.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar procurement role.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in contract management and vendor relationship management.
  • Proficiency in purchase management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) experience is preferred.
