Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules, analyze progress, and coordinate with various departments for timely project completion.

This is a high-profile role that requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management tools, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule Development: Create and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.
  2. Progress Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of project progress, identify potential issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
  3. Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among departments to ensure smooth project execution and meet deadlines.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.
  5. Resource Allocation: Assist in allocating resources and managing project budgets to maximize efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with construction processes and methodologies, knowledge of project management principles and practices, and certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
