Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing safety information received from clients, as well as coordinating the processing of vigilance cases.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacovigilance with data entry and quality control skills, as well as knowledge of US and EU PV regulations.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to local pharmacovigilance activities.
  • You will be working closely with the team to manage generic or client-specific email boxes and respond to queries from clients and reporters.
Responsibilities
  • Safety Case Management: Process and track safety information received from PLG clients.
  • Email Box Management: Manage generic or client-specific email boxes as needed.
  • Vigilance Case Coordination: Register, triage, assign, and coordinate the processing of vigilance cases.
  • Client Communications: Respond to queries from clients and reporters.
Requirements
  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Science Related Field (or Equivalent Experience).
  • 2+ Years' Experience in Pharmacovigilance with Data Entry and QC Skills.
  • Previous Experience Working to Deadlines.
  • Knowledge of US and EU PV Regulations.
