Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to ensure the highest quality of software releases through rigorous testing.

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce, Service Cloud, and Communication Cloud is required.
  • DevOps expertise, including tooling and licensing acquisition, is essential.
  • Analysing requirements via Epics, User Stories, and Solution Architecture documents is crucial.
  • Designing test cases, executing tests, raising defects, attending stand-up meetings, and collaborating with Squad teams are key responsibilities.
  • Defect triage, retesting, and tracking defects to closure are also vital tasks.
  • Participating in Sanity test runs and ensuring production sanity assurance is critical.
  • Providing handover to E2E teams, notifying teams on defects, and ensuring redundant defects are minimized are essential.
  • Maintaining test coverage through positive, alternate, and negative path testing while performing functional testing is a key objective.
