Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to problem-solve. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred

Benefits:

  • A base salary of $10/hour
  • Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate

Others:

This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
