We're seeking an imaginative Story Developer to craft compelling scripts for kids' animated videos.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our creative directors, animators, and educators to bring fresh ideas to life in short, captivating episodes and rhymes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging storylines for nursery rhymes, songs, short stories, and character-driven narratives.
  • E nsure age-appropriateness, clarity, and emotional engagement in every script.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to adapt scripts to storyboards and animation timelines.
  • Incorporate educational elements subtly while keeping the content entertaining.
  • Maintain consistent tone, character voices, and storytelling style across episodes.
  • Research trends in kids' media and bring innovative, creative ideas.
  • Revise and improve scripts based on team feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience writing for kids' content (YouTube, TV, books, or animation).
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for rhymes, repetition, and rhythm.
  • Strong understanding of child psychology and what engages kids aged 2–8.
  • Ability to write short, visually rich, and easily animatable scripts.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with YouTube kids' content formats is a plus.
