Job Summary

The role of a Data Architect is to create robust data models that meet the needs of our customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data systems that are scalable, secure, and highly performant.

  • Elicit and analyze business requirements to identify areas where data can be leveraged to drive business value.
  • Develop and maintain data models that are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and processes.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams.
  • Provide advanced technical support for requirement development and data architecture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data architecture and design (4-8 years).
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Individual contributor with good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • Team player with self-starter approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps and assist project delivery.

Additional skills: SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm (preferable).

  • Maintain quality metadata and data-related artefacts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and creating high-quality data models.
