AI Mentorship Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced senior technologist with a strong background in Generative AI to lead our executive education program. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and be able to mentor professionals in applying these concepts to real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver live sessions on advanced Generative AI topics, including Transformer architectures, diffusion models, and multimodal models.
  • Mentor participants on their capstone projects, providing implementation-focused feedback and industry perspective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with NUS standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3–5 years working directly on Generative AI systems.
  • Deep practical expertise in building, fine-tuning, or deploying models like BERT, GPT, diffusion models, or text-to-image systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
  • Prior experience in technical training, executive education, or mentoring engineering teams is a MUST.
