Position OverviewThe Vice-Chancellor will be responsible for overseeing the administration of academic programs, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining good order within the university. This includes establishing strong bureaucratic relationships with relevant authorities such as the UGC, NAAC, NBA, and higher education bodies.
Key Responsibilities- Serving as the principal academic and executive officer of the university.
- Ensuring high standards of academic quality and leading efforts in accreditation, regulatory reporting, and compliance.
- Overseeing and monitoring the administration of academic programs to ensure efficient operations and good order.
- Establishing strong bureaucratic relationships with relevant authorities.
Distinguished academicians with a proven track record and commitment to excellence in teaching and research are invited to apply. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a university system, with at least 10 years as a Professor or 15 years of experience in a reputed research organization. Additionally, they should possess long administrative experience (minimum 10 years as a Pro-VC, Dean, Director, Principal, HOD etc.), good research publications, completed research projects, industry experience, and experience in the skill development field.
