Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive net promoter score and customer satisfaction by greeting customers, coaching the team to do the same, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop a sales-driven culture with high performance expectations and motivate the field team to drive for results.
  • Assess field capability, establish performance priorities, and evaluate training needs of store associates.
  • Monitor cash reconciliation, ensure availability of merchandise and services, and conduct regular stocktakes.
  • Perform quality checks, work closely with other departments, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure all store employees are taken care of, resolve their issues, and maintain high-quality standards for eye check-ups and SOP adherence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Undergraduate or graduate degree with minimum 6 years of total experience and 2 years as a store manager.
  • Ability to act as a link between strategy and execution, develop and inspire people to achieve their best, and build rapport and trusting relationships.
  • Clear communication and active listening skills, ability to adapt to a changing environment, and openness to learn.
  • Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation.
