Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and collaborate closely with product teams to translate insights into user-centered design solutions.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that present clear design concepts and user journeys, utilizing design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs and actively participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and project updates.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to gather valuable feedback and insights, and iteratively refine designs to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction based on testing outcomes.
  • Create visually engaging UI components, layouts, and graphics that align with the company's brand identity and ensure the design language is consistent across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills, user research, and final outcomes.
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Expert in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including UI/UX design, user research insights, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Passion for Design: Strong passion for innovative design solutions and creating experiences that drive user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Bonus Skills:

  • Interest or experience in technology, branding, and digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards, or front-end development is a plus.
