We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Success Engineer.

About the Role

This role involves working with customers to onboard software products, configure and maintain them, and integrate them with existing applications and data repositories. You will be responsible for providing technical support, answering questions, and helping customers resolve issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage customer goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution.
  • Implement and manage software in customers' environments.
  • Develop, manage, and run custom reports using data from our software and integrating it with other data repositories.
  • Integrate software with other applications and processes within customer environments.
  • Assist customers with diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and product issues.
  • Advise and educate customers on solutions to technical or product issues and questions.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience according to company standards.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a professional services position in an organisation that supports a client/server software environment.
  • Thorough understanding and project management skills for a professional services position.
  • Storage hardware and software knowledge of NAS and Object systems.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience creating complex reports and dashboards using Kibana, Tableau, and/or PowerBI.
  • Network setup/routing with mixed LAN/WAN operating system environments and knowledge of DNS/WINS/DHCP/DFS.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
