Job Title: Campaign Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization and work at the intersection of digital marketing and operations. You will be directly contributing to the success of large-scale campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing advertising and promotional campaigns using digital marketing tools across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless execution and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Managing campaign setup, launch, and monitoring (Display, Sponsored Products, Video, etc.), conducting live quality assurance (QA) during launch and ensuring compliance with technical and creative guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (creative, tech) and external stakeholders for operational coordination, managing relationships and escalations as needed.
  • Validating campaign deliverables (assets, targeting) before execution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
  • Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and managing support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per standard operating procedures (SOPs), providing data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Escalating content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution, ensuring prompt issue resolution and minimizing impact on campaigns.
  • Monitoring compliance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and standards, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Handling operational issues swiftly and accurately for resolution, providing exceptional customer service and supporting team members as required.

Requirements/Mandatory Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools (Salesforce, AdTech platforms), including automation and optimization capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination, including written and verbal communication, presentations, and stakeholder management.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage, with prior domain knowledge in campaign operations/digital marketing preferred.
