Webflow Developer

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing our marketing web properties.

You will work closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that focus on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design. Your primary responsibility will be to develop web pages and landing page concepts using Webflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce engaging online experiences.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and other metrics, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ability to implement effective SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations.
