As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a vital role in creating visually compelling designs that not only look good but do good.

You'll work closely with a range of sustainable brands across recycling, composting, vegan products, water conservation, carbon reduction, and ethical fashion.

Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and create original, purpose-driven designs for digital and print media.

This includes designing social media content, infographics, branding elements, website graphics, and campaign materials that inspire climate-positive action.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualizing and creating original designs for sustainable brands
  • Crafting visual stories that communicate environmental and social impact
  • Designing social media content, infographics, and branding elements
  • Creating illustrations and visual assets that align with our climate-forward ethos
  • Transforming complex sustainability concepts into accessible visuals

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
  • Experience with both digital and print design formats
  • A keen eye for typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and eco-friendly approaches
  • Enthusiasm for climate action and social impact
  • Ability to work remotely and collaboratively with a distributed team
  • Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback

Nice-to-haves include experience working with sustainability-focused brands or organizations, knowledge of motion graphics or video editing, and understanding of UI/UX principles for digital design.
