Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.
  • Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or any software products, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Recruit, mentor and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build and optimize a robust, scalable tech stack to support growth and product needs.
  • Drive technological innovation and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Work closely with operations, product and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across departments.

Qualification & Attributes:

  • 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI, machine learning or software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
