Job Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences to make new employees feel welcome.
  • HRIS Management: Support the maintenance of accurate data on employee records.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters and documentation, to ensure a respectful transition.
  • Policy Support: Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating company policies that align with our culture.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate cultural events and activities to foster a sense of community.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist with documentation and maintaining records to ensure compliance.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in administration, logistics, or coordination.
  • Strong Excel skills for managing data and reports.
  • Interest in business administration or related fields.

During your first three months, you will learn our systems, shadow administrative tasks, and develop skills in data accuracy, vendor coordination, and event support. You will also have opportunities to run onboarding processes independently and provide insights for process improvement.
