Program Director

Tiger Analytics is a global AI and analytics consulting firm that solves complex business problems using data and technology.

We're at the heart of an AI revolution, working with teams that push boundaries and build solutions that energize and inspire.

  • Lead multiple project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, BI experts, data/ML engineers, and other professionals.
  • Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in client workshops to identify high-impact business problems that could be solved through AI-based solutions.
Main Responsibilities
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics, engineering, and BI solutions through analytics consulting.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industries and related functional areas.
  • Ability to translate high-level business problems to an analytics and data problem statement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data handling, advanced analytics tools like R and/or Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI. Excellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
