Project Manager Skilling

As a seasoned professional in project management, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Mass Hiring/Skilling projects from initiation to completion.

  • Kick off the project by analyzing stakeholder requirements and developing a comprehensive project plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Establish a robust project timeline, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Maintain quality control by tracking and analyzing project metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless information exchange.
  • Develop processes that adhere to compliance standards and integrate them into the project framework.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction through CSAT scorecards and Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis, making data-driven decisions to enhance relationship building with customers.
  • Leverage expertise in handling Mass Hiring/Skilling projects to drive success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, assessing performance against Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure IT infrastructure readiness and maintain an updated dashboard for project status.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Mass Hiring/Skilling project management.
