Creative Branding Specialist

As a skilled visual designer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering modern brands with captivating designs that drive engagement and growth across various digital platforms.
Our team is dedicated to helping brands achieve scalable success by leveraging our expertise in operational excellence. We drive operational efficiency and accelerate growth across the e-commerce landscape.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a talented Visual Designer located in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for a wide range of contexts, including digital media and print materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and effective visual designs for various contexts, including digital media and print materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content
- Design interfaces and graphics for digital platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Experience with UI/UX design, including wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Strong design fundamentals; typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Experience in e-commerce or a related industry is a plus
