Agentic AI Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to shape the future of agentic AI by joining our team as an experienced Agentic AI Specialist. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop robust and scalable backend systems using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and integrate large language models through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  • Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  • Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with local LLM execution and management.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.
