The Role

  • Manage end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Purchase Orders within the SAP environment.
  • Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials, match PO and invoice details to ensure accurate entries, and coordinate with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Execute GI transactions in SAP, ensure correct material movement type usage, maintain accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.
  • Create and manage PRs in SAP based on departmental requirements, coordinate with user departments for requirement validation, track PR status, and ensure timely conversion to PO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage minimum & Maximum inventory management by maintaining minimum & maximum inventory and placing orders as per the inventory requirement.
  • Generate reports on GRN, GI, and PO status, maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery, monitor open POs, and follow up for order closures or changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAP MM module, knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and material movements, attention to detail, and high level of data accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures.
  • SAP certification in MM (optional but preferred), prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector.

  • Understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation, seniority level executive.
