Job Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist in Data Analytics to design and deliver comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, teaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development:
  • Design and update engaging training materials, assignments, and case studies based on industry needs.
  • Develop practical, interactive training modules that align with current market trends.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging classroom or online training sessions on data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Teach concepts such as data cleaning, visualization, statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Learner Engagement & Assessment:
  • Mentor learners through individual and group projects.
  • Conduct assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions to measure learning outcomes.
  • Industry Relevance:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics and integrate them into teaching.
  • Incorporate real-world business case studies and datasets into training.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven industry experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
  • Strong proficiency in at least 2–3 of the following:
  • SQL for querying databases.
  • Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards).
  • Python/R for data analysis, visualization, and basic machine learning.
  • Tableau/Power BI for building dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • PASSion for teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Experience in training/teaching/facilitation is preferred (but not always mandatory).
