Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a CRO specialist, you will be responsible for driving website conversions through data-driven strategies and experiments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in running and analyzing A/B, split, and multivariate tests, as well as a strong understanding of conversion copywriting, user experience, and web design principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies to improve website conversions.
  • Design and run A/B, split, and multivariate tests to optimize website elements.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute experiments.
  • Continuously monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing teams, with a focus on conversation optimization and growth marketing efforts.
  • Experience in running and analyzing A/B, split, and multivariate tests end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of conversion copywriting, user experience and web design principles.
  • Proficiency in data and customer analytics principles and tools including Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, MixPanel and data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams on website tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and collaboration skills.
