Job Description:

  • Assist individuals experiencing distress through voice and non-voice (call and chat) support on our platform.
  • Conduct comprehensive user assessments, evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and formulating customized plans.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention, assessing for safety, facilitating de-escalation, and coordinating referrals for further care if necessary.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available to support their well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development activities to stay informed about current developments in the field.

Requirements:

  1. Master's Degree in Psychology or Counseling.
  2. Preferred candidates specialized in counseling psychology.
  3. Ability to work flexible rotational shifts.
  4. Demonstrated ability to empathize with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice, and provide compassionate support and understanding.
  5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
