About the Job:

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a K2View Fabric Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of K2View clusters, managing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with K2View Fabric Platform, AWS, DevOps, and related technologies. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring: Ensure the health and performance of K2View clusters, monitor resource usage, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Configuration: Manage K2View configurations, including node settings, topic configurations, and security settings.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with K2View clusters, such as network problems, lags, node crashes.
  • Security: Implement and maintain K2View security measures, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and access controls.

Requirements:

  • K2View Fabric Platform awareness
  • AWS Awareness: EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, Cloud Watch, Scaling
  • Basic DevOps Awareness: Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Knowledge of Deployment Jenkins CI/CD Pipeline
  • ITIL Process Management: Incidents, Defects, Problem tickets, Releases, Deployments, Configurations, Unix Awareness
  • Monitoring and Analytical Awareness: Datadog, Splunk, Grafana
  • Working Experience in Operations Handling: Fundamentals of Production, High availability, Load balancing, Fault tolerance, Resiliency, Deployments, Troubleshooting outside of business hours, Ability to work under pressure
