Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Vervenest Technology. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, animations, and interactive elements for our e-learning courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Implement design principles and best practices to create user-friendly interfaces and interactions.
  • Lead e-learning design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to translate course objectives into engaging visual content.
  • Design and produce e-learning materials that align with instructional goals and enhance learner engagement.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all e-learning modules, adhering to branding guidelines and enhancing the organization's identity.
  • Assist in the development of storyboards to outline visual concepts and instructional strategies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and refinements of designs based on feedback from peers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and quality expectations.
  • Identify and resolve any design-related issues that arise during the development process, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to evaluate the effectiveness of design elements and make iterative improvements based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong ability to lead projects from start to finish, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong creative vision with an eye for detail, able to translate complex concepts into visually engaging content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and feedback with a positive attitude.
