Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive lead generation, execute marketing campaigns, and foster outreach within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
  2. Create and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, etc.).
  3. Utilize marketing automation tools to capture and nurture leads.
  4. Identify and target potential clients (healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics) through market research and analysis.
  5. Marketing Campaign Management:
  6. Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Med-X's products and services.
  7. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
  9. Outreach and Engagement:
  10. Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through email, phone, and social media.
  11. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  13. Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:
  14. Work closely with graphic designers to develop compelling marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content, social media graphics, etc.).
  15. Create engaging and informative content for the company website, blog, and social media channels.
  16. Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  17. Sales Support:
  18. Provide a sales team with necessary marketing materials and support.
  19. Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
  20. Track and report on marketing and engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably within the healthcare industry and international businesses.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality marketing content and collaborate effectively with graphic designers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
