Job Title: Client Servicing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Servicing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results that meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing, preferably in advertising, brand activation, or integrated marketing. You will need to demonstrate excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project delivery from understanding briefs, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, to ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, maintaining regular communication and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, prepare pitch presentations, and support the creation of campaign credentials and case studies.
  • Analyze client briefs and tenders with a clear understanding of financial, legal, production, and creative feasibility.
  • Conceptualize and implement brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns aligned with client objectives and market trends.
  • Provide on-site supervision and coordination during live events to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in advertising, brand activation, events, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate client requirements into actionable briefs.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable with on-ground support and occasional travel for event execution.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
