Project Manager for Oracle Primavera P6/Unifier

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project templates, schedules, global codes, resource codes, calendars, EPS OBS hierarchies, cost code users, user roles, projects, and global privileges.
  • Manage different views for users and create portfolios for managers and stakeholders.
  • Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) levels and update actuals, scheduling, controlling, monitoring, and tracking project status periodically.
  • Assist with cost management, Earned Value Management (EVM), contracts, cash flow, drawings, inspections, quality, risks, claims, payments, applications, user administration, and modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, business blueprint meetings, UAT meetings, and training on implemented Primavera P6 EPPM modules.
  • Prepare requirement gathering documents, BBP documents, test scripts, UAT documents, and training materials.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Primavera P6 web services and APIs.
  • Analyze backend database table structure to fetch reports data for Primavera P6 tools.
  • Write complex SQL queries to support data analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to design, test, and enhance Primavera P6 and Unifier features, primarily in developing additional User Defined Reports (UDRs) and custom reports using Business Intelligence Publisher.
  • Stay up-to-date with general change management and supply chain process best practices.
  • Prepare Enterprise Portfolio Content (EPC) project schedules and have knowledge of P6 Mobility.
