Role Summary:

As a Recruitment Strategist, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing MNC clients, driving revenue through strategic hiring and billing targets, and leading a team of IT recruiters while also handling end-to-end recruitment as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Business Growth:
    • Partner with existing MNC clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly billing targets.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Execution (Individual Contributor Role):
    • Handle full-cycle IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Utilize job portals, social media, ATS, and networking to find top talent.
    • Conduct pre-screening interviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
    • Ensure seamless candidate engagement and post-offer follow-ups till joining.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, setting clear targets and guiding them toward success.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching to enhance team productivity.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Strategic Hiring & Market Intelligence:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for niche and lateral hiring.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
    • Utilize ATS tools to track recruitment progress, generate insights, and optimize hiring strategies.

Requirements & Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with expertise in niche and lateral hiring.

Proven track record of achieving billing targets and managing client relationships.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA in HR is a plus).

Proficiency in ATS tools and data-driven recruitment reporting.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
