We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in the fintech industry based in Arizona, USA.

This is a part-time remote position that requires 4 hours/day (Monday-Friday) with flexible hours and reporting time around 1:30 a.m. IST.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models for financial services applications, leveraging their expertise in LLMs to implement solutions for automation, analysis, and decision-making.

They will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring that models meet compliance, accuracy, and performance benchmarks relevant to the financial sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks and knowledge of MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an AI/ML Engineer or a similar role.
