  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with ASP.Net framework and web application development.
  • Proficiency in React.js or Angular for building responsive and modern web applications.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP, including deployment and optimization.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of serverless computing and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in web development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead developer role.
  • Prior experience in product companies preferred.
  • Educational background from IIT or NIT institutions preferred.
