We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to fill this challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy and maintain large-scale AI models using frameworks such as Ray, Llama.cpp, ollama, vLLM and PyTorch.
  • Lead the fine-tuning and deployment of Language Model (LM) solutions, leveraging techniques like Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
  • Deploy AI models in Azure cloud environments and on-premises servers, ensuring secure integration with MCP Servers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance and data engineering, to incorporate their requirements into AI solutions.
Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with expertise in LLMs and AI model deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in machine learning frameworks and libraries.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical teams and leadership.
