AI Solutions Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Developer to join our team. As an AI Solutions Developer, you will design, build, and ship Copilot and Power Platform solutions that automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and solve real business problems quickly and safely.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages, as well as scripting for integrations using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#. Additionally, they should have knowledge of responsible AI principles, Azure AI/OpenAI Services, and Azure AI Foundry SDK for model-backed apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
  • Integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources
  • Build secure, supportable Power Platform solutions with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services
  • Instrument and tune performance
  • Operate within Hudson RPO's AI Acceptable Use Policy and coordinate with IT on governance/ISO27001 expectations for Power Platform solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in AI development and implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages
  • Scripting skills for integrations using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles, Azure AI/OpenAI Services, and Azure AI Foundry SDK for model-backed apps
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
