About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will create empathetic product UX through pragmatic storytelling, detailed flow mapping, interactive prototyping, and usability testing.

You will conceptualize, communicate, and pitch your ideas frequently to peers across product, business, tech, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design quick sketches, comprehensive wireframes, rich visuals, and interactive prototypes to deliver finished design deliverables.
  • Partner with the Product Team to ideate on product direction and translate user stories into UX solutions.
  • Collaborate with product leadership, development managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, experience, and visuals.
  • Document the user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos.
  • Create and communicate design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.
  • Execute UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field of study.
  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3 code, and basic development practices is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for highly interactive products and digital interfaces.
  • Experience in prototyping and visual design.
  • Hands-on experience in working with Design systems.

Skills:

  • Strong portfolio that details interaction, thought process, and UX design skills.
  • Good knowledge of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation, and transitions.
  • Ability to create detailed user flows and imagine movement between components to create user delight.
  • Design thinking, creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy for the end-user and provide the best usable solution.
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
