Strategic Demand Planner

This role is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective demand planning and pricing strategies.
The successful candidate will be the custodian of pricing, discount changes, and margin tracking. A background in e-commerce sales is essential, with the ability to adapt inputs as needed.
- Plan channel and category level inputs in tandem with Supply plans
- Achieve daily Topline and Trade Margin targets across all channels
- Maintain Rebuy styles' Return on Sales (ROS) levels
- Action inputs based on visibility funnel analysis
- Conduct weekly review meetings with channel partners and Key Account Managers
- Optimize discounting during Events
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales and demand planning
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
