Highway and Road Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Highway and Road Design Specialist to spearhead the development of innovative solutions for highway and transportation projects.

  • Develop high-quality designs and models for highways and transportation systems, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards such as AASHTO and Middle East Road standards.
  • Utilize industry-leading software such as CIVIL3D, MX Road, AutoCAD, BIM, and AutoTURN to create detailed designs and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, maintaining high-quality standards in design, reports, calculations, and drawings.
  • Collaborate with global teams, technical specialists, and discipline leads to achieve project objectives.
  • Present reports, presentations, and other communication materials to stakeholders effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in highway designing or related fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and practices.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering & Master's degree in Highway/Transportation Engineering.
  • Experience: 6 to 15 years, preferably international working experience - Gulf, UK, US, etc.
