- Claim Coordination: Coordinate with healthcare providers, TPAs, and policyholders for seamless settlement, ensuring timely resolution of pending claims.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and follow up on claims to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Communication: Communicate clearly with customers and provide updates on claim status, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in health insurance claims handling or management (TPA/insurer background preferred).
- Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance processes and regulations, including laws and industry standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
