Job Description

Coforge is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Expert to join our team in Greater Noida. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust network security solutions to protect our infrastructure from emerging threats.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in network security, with expertise in managing data networks (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Software Defined Network) and network security (Firewall, Proxy, VPN etc.). You must have hands-on experience with Fortinet & Cisco or Juniper/Meraki/Palo Alto or Checkpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network security architectures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
  • Manage rule, License & certificate renewals, firmware upgrade etc.
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of security breaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security risks.
  • Analyze network traffic patterns to identify potential security threats.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-8 years of experience in network security.
  • Graduate in B.E./B.Tech and MCA.
  • Excellent knowledge on multivendor LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security products (Routers, Switches, Wireless, Firewalls, VPNs etc.).
  • Experience with L2 protocols and techniques including VLAN, Trunking, STP, RSTP, ARP, LLDP and CDP.
  • Experience with L3 protocols and techniques including OSPF, BGP, IP, VRFs, VRRP, QoS, ACL and IPSec.
