Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Cloud Architect Leader to lead our team in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of Salesforce projects across various clouds, including Sales, Service, Health, Marketing, and Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development of technical strategies and roadmaps for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet evolving business needs.
  3. Mentor and guide junior team members in their career growth, providing coaching and training on Salesforce architecture, integration, and security.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing resources, priorities, and dependencies.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in technical project management, with a strong background in Salesforce cloud architecture and implementation.
  • Expertise in Apex, Integration Architecture, Security Measures, Technical Architecture, Engineering Best Practices, CI/CD Approaches, Sandbox Strategy, and Design.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in project execution and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with integration and related security measures in Salesforce environments.
  • Understanding of technical architecture.
  • Knowledge of engineering and coding best practices.
  • Competency in test automation.
