Montessori Educator

About the Position:

• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences in a Montessori classroom setting for young children, promoting independent discovery and exploration.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating atmosphere that encourages children to take risks and learn from their mistakes.
• Utilize Montessori materials and teaching methods to enhance student learning, adapting instruction to meet the diverse needs of each child.
• Monitor and document the progress of each student, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
• Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum activities that promote cross-curricular connections and community engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Montessori training/certification preferred).
• Minimum one year of experience working with young children in a Montessori or preschool setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A caring and patient attitude, with a passion for helping children grow and develop.
