Senior Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Senior Visual Creative Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have delivered outstanding results on well-recognized projects, both as an individual contributor and as part of a marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output, while delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.

  1. Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the product marketing team to brainstorm and independently produce high-quality, captivating artwork across both digital and print formats.
  2. Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  3. Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying partner schools' brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed effectively.
  4. Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, proactively developing and refining processes to enhance creative production and reduce turnaround times.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a similar field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant is required.
  • Proficient in online and print design, as well as video tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo is essential.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro are required.
  • A genuine interest in integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment and incorporating feedback from both analytical and marketing team members is necessary.
  • Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities is required.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software is essential.
