Delivering exceptional hospitality experiences is at the heart of this role. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring every welcome, refreshment, and room setup is seamless, elegant, and attentive.

This high-touch position requires professionals with a background in luxury hotels or private guest services. You will own the setup, food arrangements, and service supervision during office celebrations and events, guaranteeing a smooth, well-run experience from start to finish.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for high-profile guests, investors, and founders, greeting and attending to their needs with polish and warmth. Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments, set up meeting rooms, and track guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Oversee daily pantry operations, coordinating seamless food arrangements and service during office celebrations and events. Ensure professional-level presentation and cleanliness of all F&B setups, handle beverage preparation with elegance and hygiene.
  • Maintain pantry cleanliness, inventory, and restocking of all items. Supervise housekeeping team to ensure meeting rooms, lounges, and hospitality zones are always clean and guest-ready. Place timely orders for supplies, raise alerts on breakages or inventory gaps.

To excel in this role, you should have 2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private concierge roles, or guest services. Fluency in English is essential, as is confident and respectful communication skills.

Naturally warm, professional, and poised, you should present yourself at all times. Attentive, proactive, and discreet, able to serve senior leaders and VIP guests without direction. Experienced with hygiene protocols, food service etiquette, and luxury environment standards.
