Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator Overview

The role of a contract administrator plays a crucial part in the success of our company, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team.

As a contract administrator, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation using standard templates and procedures. You will also be required to collaborate with various teams across the organization, including sales, finance, legal, and other functional stakeholders, to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and validating contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates.
  • Processing contract requests received from sales teams.
  • Liaising with other deal management teams, finance, legal, and other groups across the organization to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.
 Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience drafting standard contractual documents and managing stakeholders. They will also have organized, detail-oriented, and time-management skills, as well as proficiency in email, MS Word, and Excel.

In addition, they should be able to work effectively under time-critical deadlines, demonstrate resilience in times of change and uncertainty, and exhibit excellent customer service skills.
