Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement data center fabric deployment strategies using intent-based networking models.
  • Integrate automation tools with multi-cloud, multi-vendor environments to support seamless expansion and upgrades.
  • Monitor state and performance of fabric resources; act automatically on events such as node failures, scaling requirements, or compliance deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate all proposed changes in a digital twin environment, ensuring high reliability before production deployment.
  • Collaborate with network, cloud, and operations teams to enable continuous delivery and agile network evolution.
  • Maintain robust documentation, process playbooks, and compliance reporting for lifecycle operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data center fabrics, modern automation frameworks, and advanced network engineering concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-vendor routing protocols (BGP, EVPN), overlay networking (L2/L3), IP/MPLS, network segmentation, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Nokia router (7750) and deep knowledge on data center fabric, leaf-spine network architectures, high-performance switching platforms (such as IXR series), and SR Linux NOS.
  • Knowledge with scripting languages (Python, Ansible), infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, API integration, and automation toolkits for network lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of containers, microservices, orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), and integrating data center fabrics with public/private cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in automation platforms, including Event-Driven Automation for intent-based networking, automation workflows, and leveraging the Digital Sandbox for validation and testing.
